We went for Lunch.... We had expresso.... Perfect blend and balanced.... We skipped the starter directly went for main course we had mixed grill sizzler.... Pretty heavy stuff contains herbed rice, sunny side up, tiger prawn, chicken steak, Grilled fish ( Bhetki)...covered with delicious brown sauce could easily be shared by two. The quality is at par with any great steak and sizzler joints of Calcutta....after a sumptuous lunch we had matka kulfi ( suggested by the owner), it was flavorful and great taste indeed. This was my second visit please try the pizzas, chicken popcorn and the club sandwich too. Pretty pocket friendy place with great food..... Must visit place.... Highly recommended. ~ Somisubhra G

As someone who was born and brought up in this town, I’ve seen many restaurants and cafés open and close over the years — mostly because of poor taste or bad service. While there are some good cafés now, many are either too expensive or compromise on food quality. But Windfal Café is truly changing that story in our town. The quality of the food and the taste are simply amazing. What surprised me the most is the price — honestly, I was shocked at how they manage to serve such great quality food at such reasonable prices. It truly blew my mind. I’ve already visited three times, and every experience has been consistently good. Without a doubt, Windfal Café has become my favorite place to hang out now. The atmosphere is cozy. The food was soooo delicious. The quantity was so much considering the fact that the total bill turned out to be 380(approx. I dont remember the exact price). There are a lot of affordable options. I ordered a veg hakka noodles and chicken 65. My mom absolutely loved the noodles. The chicken 65 at first glance didn't look good(the presentation was nice and the food was fresh. It's just that am a spice lover😭😭) but when i tried it, the spice did not disappont. Perfectly spicy. Service was also very nice. Tons of love and support to the staff🫶🫶. They really know beyond just doing their job nicely. OVERALL: 10/10 AM DEFINITELY VISITING AGAIN ~ Mahika M

Windfall Cafe is a surprisingly solid spot right beside Dum Dum Cantonment railway station. I tried their Napoli Pizza, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and Chilli Potato, all tasted genuinely good for the price point. Portion size vs cost is well balanced. The place is work-friendly, decently spacious, and not trying too hard with ambience, simple, functional, and comfortable enough to sit for a while. Service was polite and the food came on time, which honestly isn’t common in many nearby cafés. Pricing is fair: usually around ₹200–₹400 per head (roughly ₹600-₹700 for two). Definitely worth it for casual visits. I’d visit again just to try out the rest of the menu. Good value in this area. ~ Ankan R

I was quite curious stepping into the cafe after viewing the FB page. As I entered the place, I could feel the vibes, you normally associate with cafes at Park Street. I tried out Diamond Fish Fry, Cappuccino with cookies. The fish fry was delicious with a crispy crust very different to what I have had before. The coffee was rich in aroma and at par with outlets like CCD. With Kenny G playing on the background, the ambience was just surreal. I recently visited this restaurant and had an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious – especially the Schezwan fried dish, which was bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. This was my second visit. The vibe was quiet and comfortable and we had to wait around 30 mins for the food. The plating/presentation was really pretty. I would suggest Chicken Stroganoff, it's good if you don't want something spicy but also something unique. Amazing taste. ~ Rue

Very good cafe. They don't charge you any tax and gst and their food quality is top notch. They're very generous with the food quantity and everything is quite cheap quantity AND quality wise. 10/10 place. Would definitely recommend to try their dishes! ~ Bidisha R

The fishing was not at all good but other than that all other what ever we tryed was nice like pizza, pasta, Oreo shake and the last one was sizzling brownie this is something I recommend to all very tasty 🤤 ~ Rimi R

Good place to spend a nice evening with friends or family. Located just beside Gopaler jolojog sweet shop, near Dum Dum Cantonment Station. We ordered coffee and pizza. Both were good. Overall nice place. ~ sudipta k
